“ I had a bowl of jollof rice, coconut rice, plantains, ginger curry chic peas, truffle oil greens, and jerk chicken topped with pickled cabbage and peppers. I also had the yam stew. All of the food was great and so flavorful! Each of the items I had in the bowl had distinct flavors that paired really well together. I especially liked the yam stew! In addition to the food being great, service was on point too! The gentleman working was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I am excited to go back to try more items! ”
“ This was out first time stopping in, but it wont be the last. Chef J set us up with all the sauces and took the time to make recommendations. Chef Carasai is a real asset to the community and the food here is great big portions and delicious! Get the chick peas!!!! ”

“ Wanted some African food and came across this restaurant on Google. Owner the guy who served us was really chilled and welcoming. I really enjoyed the jerk chicken with the sauce but I am not sure about the ogbono soup, its watery, Nigerian ogbono isnt this way, its usually thick and draws, maybe there is another way of preparing it. Atmosphere was good, so will be visiting again x ”
“ Very good. We got jerk chicken with chickpeas jollof rice and oxtail with chickpeas and coconut rice plus a side of fufu and plantains. The mango sauce was excellent. Really nice introduction into Afro Caribbean food! ”
“ When I went there the first time the were closed because they were moving to a different location. I called every week to see if they were open and I got an answer today. They currently have a small menu until theyre fully open. I had the Jerk Chicken Bowl with Jollof rice, Jerk Chicken, Sweet Spicy Plantain, Gingercurry Chickpeas, hot peppers and Buffalo Jerk sauce. This bowl was amazing! The flavors did all kinds of beautiful things to my palate. I cant wait to try some of the other interesting items on their menu. The guy who prepared my bowl was attentive, courteous and friendly. ”
